TERMS AND CONDITION
Any fee once paid is not refundable or transferable to another course or student, in full of a part there upon under any circumstances even if a student does not join the class for any reason.
· All fees are non-refundable. If a student leaves the center or their registration is cancelled for any reason (such as absenteeism, late fee payment, schedule changes, or electricity issues), the certificate fee, monthly fee, admission fee, and ID card fee will not be refunded.
· Student can get ID-CARD of FEA-ES from our center head by paying 500/- (Not Refundable). You get your card within the period of 30 days after payment , without card students are not allowed to attend the class.
· There will be any admissions from 1st date to 20th date, their fee deadline will be 10th date & who will enroll after 20th to 25th date, their fee deadline will be 15th date, Fees must be paid before deadline , after that you have to pay 500 Rs as late fee.
· If any student fails to pay the fee by the 10th of the month, their classes will be suspended after the 10th until they pay the fee along with the late fee. This is because students are already given time from the 1st to the 10th of each month to pay their fees. if the parents are facing an emergency or financial difficulty, their situation will be understood for a few days.
· FEA-ES Will Not Issue Govt-Registered Certificate, FEA-ES will Issue its Private Certificate, only for those students who have completed the course for which they have regestered.
· Student needs 85% marks to pass the final test and 90% attendence to get FEA-ES Private Certificate by paying RS. 1500 Within 1 or 2 months from course started and Take your certificate within 1 or 2 months after completing the course otherwise, after that you have to do paid 1 month course to get your certificate.
. The course duration is not guaranteed. However, every effort will be made to complete the course within the stated time frame. The duration may vary by one to two months, either shorter or longer, depending on the student’s understanding, learning ability, and regular attendance.
. If a student needs an urgent certificate for a job before completing the course, they must submit the remaining months course fee along with the certificate fee. An application must also be submitted 5 to 10 days in advance, along with the Course and Certificate fee. After completing this process, the certificate will be issued; however, the student's status on the website will remain as "Continue" IF make 3 absents without inform auto certificate will be canceled.Once the student completes the full course, their status on the website will be updated to "Completed".
Students must appear for all tests and complete all assigments given to the students for certificate.
A student who damages/vandalizes/defaces Center property will be held responsible for those actions and the cost of repair or replacement shall be paid by the that student.
Any student continually being absent for 3 class, without notice in writing, shall be deemed to have been dropped out and name will be struck off the rolls, that student will have to pay re-admission fees of Rs.1500
Students cannot use mobile or cell phone inside the class, the same can be used only outside the class and mobile will be kept on vibration mode while attending the class.
All students should attend classes according to their batch day and students must enter the class room within 30 minutes from the starting of their respective batch time.
At the end or during the course, all topics covered will be included in the final test. The test may take around 10 to 15 days to complete. All students are requested to cooperate with teachers during this testing period.
It is very important to make assignments/projects after lectures, so sometimes there will be a lecture and sometimes you have to make assignments if given. Any time test will be taken.
If you take admission any date of that month before 20th then your course date will be from 1st to 1st date of that month but after 20th then your course date will be from 1st to 1st date of next month.
If you take admission in any course and later you want to change the course, so you can do within one/two months with RS.2000 Charges, after one/two months course will not be change.
If some reason you don’t have a class, so your next class will be as double class to cover previous class, but next day class will not be held.
If you want to leave the center, kindly inform us 5 days in advance. If you inform us directly at the time of leaving, you will have to pay the fee for that month because the seat is booked under your name.
Center will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any student belongings in or outside the FEAES center.
FEA-ES reserves the right to change, delete or add to its rules, regulations and schedules and the management reserve the right to terminat/withheld my course if I would be found disobedient or unlawful.
If You (Student) are accepting above mentioned Clarification/notice/rule & regulations then you can take admission into any course of FEA-ES otherwise not. No excuse shall be entertained after admission in any case whatsoever.
